According to the recent Customer Relationship Survey carried out by Corporate Image Ltd in October 2009, our healthcare and laboratory customers see Oriola-KD's extensive product/service range as its main strength. Also, being a large and well known company was also seen as an advantage. Good overall service and rapid deliveries were also much appreciated.

A good number of our suppliers believed that in the future there will be more need for integrated services in healthcare across markets. Also, more concentration was expected.
